GLO24K warrants your LED device against any manufacturing or workmanship defects. We want you to feel confident and secure when investing in our products, which is why every device or beauty tool we sell includes a standard 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, as is common in the beauty industry.
Some retailers—such as but not limited to Shop HQ, IW, TJC, TSC, Shop LC, TVSN, QVC, and HSN—offer extended or even lifetime warranties to their customers.
To activate your Product Warranty, please register your device within 14 days of the original purchase by clicking the REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT link below. Failure to register on time may void this warranty. Please also keep a copy of your original purchase receipt for reference.

The warranty does not cover issues related to mistreatment or misuse of the product.
If a manufacturing or workmanship defect is identified, we may request that you return the product for inspection. If deemed defective, we will replace it free of charge and all you will be responsible for is shipping and handling fees to ship and handle the new replacement to you as follows:
1) $29.99 within the USA
2) $49.99 (plus potential customs fees) for international shipping
