• Free Standard Shipping for all USA orders!
• All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 2 business days for your convenience. We ship from TX so transit time to most addresses within the USA is 2-3 business days.
• We ship internationally for a flat cost of $29.99.

Return / Refund Policy

At GLO24K we stand behind our products 100% and we want you to buy with confidence.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one — same or other of similar value. You can return a product (unopened / as new) for up to 30 days from the date you have purchased it for a full refund. Opened or used products will be exchanged. We accept returns only for items that were purchased from us directly online on WWW.GLO24K.COM or on the telephone with us. If you purchased our products elsewhere please contact the retailer and it will be handled per that retailer's return policy.

Shipping back items for a return/ refund is the buyer's responsibility, including the cost associated with it. GLO24K will NOT reimburse the return shipping cost. We recommend shipping products to us with a tracking number to ensure delivery.
